The rooms at Lazy Lizard Hostel are simple yet cozy, with a shared bathroom and comfortable bed linen. I loved the laid-back vibe and the opportunity to chat with other guests in the seating area. Plus, if you're lucky, you might book a room with a balcony and enjoy a lovely view!
Personally, I found it a bit challenging to have a shared bathroom. But hey, that's just me, and I know some people enjoy the social aspect of it.

Lovely garden, free parking, cozy lounge, and a bar. Great job, Lazy Lizard! Who needs fancy amenities when you have all this?
Oh, just a minor inconvenience. No windows in the bathroom?

The huts were nestled in a peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. The staff, especially Ate Kriszel, were incredibly accommodating and allowed me access to the kitchen so I could cook my own meal. The natural surroundings created a serene atmosphere and the huts were cozy and comfortable. I can't wait to bring my friends here on my next visit to this hidden gem in Siquijor!

The water refill stations were so convenient, especially in the hot weather. Plus, having bikes available to hire allowed us to explore the surrounding areas easily. the location was also a key factor for us, being tucked away from the main road made it peaceful and quiet. the nice common area provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests.
The beds in the shared dormitory were extremely uncomfortable and the lack of proper ventilation made it difficult to sleep at night. the cramped space and the absence of storage options made it even more challenging.

The value for my money was great, with a cozy and homey room. The location was perfect, hidden in the forest yet close to the main road. The staff treated me like family, especially Ate Chriszel and Ate Marlyn, who I had interesting conversations with for hours.
Breakfast items could have more variety to choose from.

The location of the hostel is ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Nestled away from the main road, guests can enjoy the tranquility of nature and even catch a glimpse of the stars and Milky Way at night. the rooms and bathroom/shower areas are well-maintained and always kept clean. the owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering guests the use of their kitchen and providing delicious breakfast options such as fluffy pancakes and quality coffee.
One downside is that the hostel can get quite warm, especially in the bottom bunks, on the hottest nights. Though the room is well-ventilated, the addition of one or two more fans would have greatly improved the comfort level.
